This information is used to enhance your self-awareness and broaden your understanding of various career options.  You can expect to learn the following:

Adult Career Assistance and Guidance

This package is for individuals who prefer to undergo a supportive career assistance programme aimed at accurately reflecting on their career plans and the emotions, behaviours, and beliefs surrounding them. In this programme we go through a guidance process with homework activities aimed at exploring and broadening your understanding of yourself and the world of work. Essentially, the Industrial Psychologist acts as mentor and soundboard for self- and career exploration aimed at developing career adaptability and maturity. Some aspects that I can assisst with include:
