Career growth symbolised by a sunrise

I assist organisations and individuals with professional and business needs through the application of organisational and positive psychology principles.  A broad overview of the services I provide is outlined below.

Services

Career Assessments

Using a wide range of assessment tools, I analyse your personality, cognitive abilities, and interests. The assessments vary from accessible, cost-effective options to more advanced, premium offerings. Assessments are chosen based on your age, needs, and circumstances. In other words, I tailor my approach to each individual’s needs, ensuring that, regardless of the assessments chosen, you receive expert, up-to-date career guidance to help you prepare and adjust for the future world of work.

General Career Assistance and Guidance

A common misconception about careers is that it is something you simply choose or inherently know, rather than something you actively engage with and explore. Career development often requires participation in real-world job experiences, alongside ongoing reflection. With this in mind, I offer personalised career coaching services, where the industrial psychologist serves as a sound board to support your journey. Together, we address areas such as career planning, goal setting, interview skills training, personal and professional development, soft skills training, and more.

Employee Selection

Interviews alone are often insufficient for accurately assessing a candidate's potential to perform in a specific role. That’s why I support employers in analysing and profiling their vacant positions, developing a competency framework, and aligning this framework with assessment and selection processes. By combining thorough job profiling with appropriate psychometric assessments, we can significantly improve the chances of selecting the most suitable candidate.

Workplace Counselling and Wellbeing

Employee wellbeing is essential for maintaining an effective and productive workforce. Yet, organisations often encounter challenges such as bullying, absenteeism, low motivation, and dysfunctional team dynamics. I provide tailored interventions, grounded in a thorough diagnostic process to help companies address these issues and foster a healthier work environment.
